This is one of a new set of ranger pictures!

Last weekend ~Mommy-Silver came over and we took a load of pictures of our costumes, including some actions shots.

You can't really see them well on this photo, but I've got new vambraces! Not very solid ones, because they're only made of thin leather, but they look good. I'm going to try and make the costume as authentic as possible, which means replacing all the cardboard/fun foam/bought bits. So, new trousers, new boots (these are too small), new quiver, new bow... probably a new tunic as well. Would love to add a chainmail shirt but that would be a bit too expensive... Two other costumes I'm doing have priority right now, so it might take a while.

Sweet... The ranger is getting an upgrade!

I love the crazed look in your eyes in this shot too. Probably makes for a better stroke of the sword, yeah?
